Live Entertainment LLC (also called LivePimpin), is pleased to announce you the Model Awards (further known as TOP 100). The contest will start on December 16th 2008, and will be permanent on a every 2 weeks schedule, having the same frequency with the payouts. At the begining of each new period the TOP will be reset, all models being listed with 0 points.

The contest pages will display the first 100 wining places, for models own tracking and record keeping purposes. The first 100 places will be displayed in a very eye-catching manner, with each model profile picture, a link to their bio-page or free chat if the model is online and the number of points currently accumulated.

The top will be formed based on points. Each point will be granted based on the private minutes each model accumulates. 1 point will be granted to each model for every minute of private show. TIP's will also be counted in the top formation. Every 1 TIP minute equals 1 TOP minute.



How To Enter

You are automatically registered and listed in the contest page as soon as you reach minimum 5 points.

Contest Rules:

1. TOP 100 is open to all existing Livepimpin models as well as any newly registered model.
2. The prize is redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. The prize(s) will be paid as any normal payout by wire transfer or ePassporte
3. Our systems will automatically track and keep record of all models and make all the appropriate changes in the TOP 100 display page.
4. In case of a tie, two methods of sorting will be used. First method will be the number of unique privates a model has during a day (24 hours). We will count 1 point for every unique private session during 24 hours. No extra points will be granted to a model for the same member accessing her private show in the same day. However one more point will be given next day if the same member will access the models' private show next day and so on. The second sorting criteria we will take into consideration is the date when TOP models registered on our site. In case of a perfect tie in both points amounts, the oldest model has precedence in front of the newer ones.
5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, internet radio broadcasts, online newspapers and other profile publications/blogs and in slides, video files, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Livepimpin may deem appropriate.
6. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Live Entertainment L.L.C. may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
7. The person(s) whose screen-name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize(s) will be contacted by Livepimpin before the prize(s) is(are) awarded to them.
8. Live Entertainment L.L.C. retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make changes to any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
9. Live Entertainment L.L.C. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate TOP 100 or any particular top entry at any time without prior notice.
10. Value of prizes may vary as deemed appropriate by Live Entertainment L.L.C.
11. LivePimpin is using GMT -5 (EST) as the default time zone. Please take this into consideration in issues related to Awards points and online times.
12. TOP 100 open to all existing or new models.
13. Only one entry per person allowed.
14. Any of the following things or actions will get your TOP 100 entry position disqualified:
    
    • Give out your personal email address to customers.
    • Ask customers to meet you on another site or service such as Yahoo Messenger, MSN, ICQ, AIM, Skype etc.
    • Give out your Yahoo or instant messenger name to customers.
    • Give out your phone number to customers.
    • Make dates off the site with customers.
    • Promote another site or service to customers.
    • Talk badly about the site or other models on the site.
    • Leave your cam unattended during a live session. (For the couple sessions both partners must be in cam at ALL times).
    • Use a pre-recorded video as the source of your live stream.
    • Use a still picture as the source in your webcam splitter software.
    • Things that prevent our members from seeing you properly (no or low lights, stay under a cover, stay with only a small part of your body or face in the webcam feed, partialy or totaly obstruct your webcam, etc).
    • Not answer our members. The people who are able to chat with you in free chat are REGISTERED members, possible buyers. If you don't talk to them they will go away and you lose your chance to make money and automatically to be in the TOP 100.
    • Abuse your kick or ban privileges over the members.
    • Close your live session feed when a member tries to take you in private chat.
    • Ignore our admins or close your live sesssion when an admin tries to talk to you.
